ORDERS AND PRICING
- AdenWorks has No Minimum Orders.
- Orders can be placed via mail, email, telephone or fax by an authorized representative. All orders must be confirmed in writing on an official purchase order or on business letter head and signed by an authroized purchasing agent.
- Copies of your resale certificate and tax number are required upon purchase.
- All first orders must be paid in full before shipment. We accept checks and/or credit cards. Product will not be shipped until all checks have cleared.
- After initial order, Net 30 days terms are available upon request. To apply for credit please contact AdenWorks. If approved, credit is Net 30 days with a 1.5% per month fee for over due invoices.
- Custom orders require 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of order with remaining 50% due at time of delivery. AdenWorks does not offer terms on custom orders.
- Custom orders are final and may not be returned.
- Backorders must be paid for in full at placement of order.
- Container orders require 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of order.
- Prices do not include freight, packing, handling or cargo insurance.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Prices are F.O.B. AdenWorks warehouse in Dallas, TX.
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- Most orders will be delivered in 3 to 6 weeks. If we have items in stock we try to ship within 7 days. Backorders will take longer.
- AdenWorks Ltd. will make freight arrangements, if requested by the purchaser. Purchaser is required to pay all freight charges. Minor handling charges may apply on some deliveries.
- Client assumes title when carrier takes possession of product.
- Each order is fully inspected upon leaving AdenWorks' warehouse so if damage is found it occured during transit. Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. If you discover damage, please note the damage on the bill of lading. Contact AdenWorks immediately, and do not dispose of merchandise or packaging. As a courtesy, AdenWorks will assist with a frieght claim if damage is noted on BOL. However, if you fail to note damage on the BOL you will be responsible for filing the claim with the freight company. Either way you will be responsible for full payment of furniture.
- Handling charges will apply.
- Freight and handling charges are not refundable.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
- All orders are final unless cancelled in writing within 10 days of order.
- Any order cancelled after 10 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Further, future orders will require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
- Return of merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization and specific instructions from AdenWorks Ltd. including prepaid and insured shipping.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee and all shipping costs.
DISTINCTIVE TEAK FURNITURE
- This unique furniture is subject to irregularities because it is handcrafted and it is made of recycled wood.
- Color and dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of teak wood.
- Please note that all dimensions are approximate due to the handmade nature of our product and we reserve the right to adjust specifications without prior notice.
- Normal cracking may occur, but it adds to the look of the rustic furniture, and does not adversely affect the structural integrity of the piece.

- This disclaimer comes directly from our supplier of leather and hide:
"Leather contains naturally occurring markings such as healed scars, fat wrinkles, stretch marks, and insect bites. These are not defects, but part of the natural beauty. Also expect some color variations from hide to hide due to the aniline state of the product. Some fading may occur if the leather is exposed to direct, intense light and heat.”
