Q. What type of wood is used to make your furniture?
A. Our unique furniture is handcrafted using recycled, eco-friendly teak wood.
Q. How is the furniture made?
A. Each piece is constructed with home and commercial use in mind. Our line of furniture is handcrafted using primarily recycled teak timbers. Although each piece is hand constructed using actual farm implements such as yokes, the overall look of the piece is consistent with other pieces bearing the same name. Thus, you get the best of both worlds. The look is consistent but with further scrutiny, each piece is wholly original. We maintain tight control over manufacturing to ensure quality and no piece leaves our warehouse without being fully inspected.
Q. Can your furniture be used outdoors?
A. Yes, teak is a premium wood high in natural oil and rubber preventing it from rotting and harmful bugs. Our teak furniture is constructed using recycled teak that was exposed to the elements for generations.
Q. What will happen if the furniture is kept outside?
A. Our furniture is treated with two layers of waterproof stain. Furniture that remains indoors or under a covered porch requires little treatment under normal circumstances. Pieces exposed to the elements, without periodic care, will turn a silver gray. The determinant as to how fast the furniture will turn silver gray is dependent on the furniture’s level of exposure to sun and moisture. Minor fillers which were applied during construction will eventually crack during normal use. AdenWorks strongly suggests that tables not be maintained out in the elements for long periods of time. Rather they should be kept under a protective covering such as a porch. In the event that tables are left out in full exposure to the elements for long periods of time the furniture will turn a silver gray and may possibly experience cracking and/or warping. AdenWorks will not be responsible for damage resulting from exposure to the elements.

Q. Do you make custom pieces?
A. AdenWorks has a reputation of introducing new innovative designs and collections into the rustic furniture market. We are always interested in adding pieces to our line that would enable you to sell more furniture. We also work diligently with large commercial projects to meet specific needs. Q. Do you offer different finishes?
A. AdenWorks has spent years testing and developing the perfect stain for teak wood. We offer our custom finish exclusively designed for our teak fine furnishings. Our finish is a rich brown which highlights teak grain and the various natural colors within teak. Please contact AdenWorks for more information.
SHIPPING
Q. Do you maintain a lot of inventory?
A. AdenWorks maintains a large inventory to provide you with the pieces you need. We can generally ship items within 2-3 weeks but no longer than 8 weeks. When placing an order, we can provide you with immediate information of approximate delivery times.
Q. Where do you ship out of?
A. We ship out of Dallas, Texas.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Generally to the lower 48 states plus Canada. However, we have shipped to destinations beyond.
Q. How much is freight?
A. Freight prices vary based on destination. They generally range from a 15% to 25% of your order. When shipping small numbers of pieces we usually utilize common carriers. For large orders, “blanket wrap” carriers are often the best option. Common carrier rates can be provided within 20 minutes of order and blanket wrap generally the same day. If you prefer, you can use a carrier of your choice.
Q. Do you “drop ship”?
A. Yes, AdenWorks drop ships furniture throughout the United States and Canada. We charge a nominal fee for handling and we can arrange for the delivery or utilize the carrier of your choice.
DEALERS
Q. Who do you supply furniture to?
A. We supply furniture for retail stores and designers throughout the United States.
Q. Do you do commercial business?
A. Yes. We have supplied hotels, restaurants, lodges, bars, resorts, family camps, etc. When placing large commercial orders, we require a nonrefundable 50% down payment at placement of order and 50% when the furniture is shipped.
